Overview

Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. After this time, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. Any online purchases need to be returned and in our possession within this timeframe to be eligible for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Certain goods are exempt from being returned, including, but not limited to: personalised items created specifically for you; perishable goods, such as food and flowers; gift cards; downloadable software products; hygiene/personal care/health products; hazardous materials, or flammable liquids/gases.

Please note that only full-price items will be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for a refund.

Refunds

You can return items to the shop where we will deal with any refunds in person.

For online products, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you if your refund has been approved.

Your refund will be processed within 5 days, with a credit automatically applied to your original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please double check your bank account, then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time for your refund to be processed.

Exchanges

We only exchange or replace products if they are defective or damaged. If this is the case, please send an email to: contact@ramblingrosedesign.co.uk and return your item to: 129 Unthank Road, Norwich, NR2 2PE.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and a refund approved, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, we will send a refund to the original purchaser.

Posting returns

You can return products by mailing them to: 129 Unthank Road, Norwich, NR2 2PE.

You will be responsible for the postage costs for returning your item. Postage costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable and insured delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the post.
